Is paragliding safe?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select your desired items, and proceed to the checkout page. Follow the prompts to provide your shipping and payment information, and your order will be processed.
Do I need any previous experience to try paragliding?
Not at all! Our tandem paragliding experiences are designed for complete beginners. Your professional pilot will handle all technical aspects of the flight while you simply enjoy the experience.
What is the age and weight limit for paragliding?
Participants should be at least 12 years old. For safety reasons, we have a weight limit of 110kg (242lbs). Children under 18 need parent/guardian consent.
What should I wear for paragliding?
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather and sturdy closed-toe shoes (hiking or running shoes are ideal). We provide all necessary safety equipment including helmets.
Will I feel scared or get motion sickness?
Most people find paragliding surprisingly gentle and comfortable. Our pilots can adjust the flight style based on your comfort level. Motion sickness is rare, but if you’re prone to it, we recommend taking appropriate medication before your flight.
How long does the entire paragliding experience take?
The complete experience takes about 2-3 hours, including transportation to the take-off site, briefing, preparation, the flight itself (15-40 minutes depending on your package), and return transportation.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-7 days in advance during regular season and 1-2 weeks during peak season (September-November, March-May).
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer full refunds for cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled flights. Cancellations within 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable except in emergency situations.
What happens if the weather is bad on my scheduled day?
Safety comes first. If weather conditions are unsuitable, we’ll reschedule your flight at no additional cost. If rescheduling isn’t possible during your stay, we provide a full refund.
What happens if there’s an emergency during the flight?
All our paragliders are equipped with reserve parachutes, and our pilots are trained to handle emergency situations. We maintain radio contact with our ground team throughout your flight.
